What a Nitemare SecuROM is "they should be " tared and feathered and run out of town" my IL2 46 is installed on a PC that has not on the net.

two weeks worth of e mails so far and still can not get IL2 46 up and running , Not just that all old visions of the game that "I have Paid hard cash for will not run as well "

"My GOD hoping that SOW will not give us this drama and allow off line play"

Windows 7 64 bit -trying to get clean install of 46 running , had to use a.exe just to get it on my PC , but thats as far as I can go with IL@ 46

Last email was 3 days ago and still not heard back from these software hijackers !!!!!!

Its a horrible bit of software and like most DRM's probably has had a negative effect over the years on IL2 sales.

If you can track down a US manufactured copy of the DVD it does not have the securerom software.

This is new i got IL2 1946 4 years ago and have been playing it non stop from the day I got it.but i digress i didn't even kow IL2 had secure rom

It is not permited to post a link to that crack. I should know Nike banned me for two weeks when i did it about a year ago.
It is even taboo to discuss it.
Suggest original posters delete it before it is spotted. being banned sucks

For any issues related to SecureRom use their diagnostic tool. It should fix any issues with Win Vista/7

Have now got IL2 up and running but there was " NO" help from SecureRom they ask for the log file which I zip and e mailed as they ask after 3 weeks now they have not got back to me .

Yes the 3rd party software worked well
