Error at startup

Hello,

I just bought the game from Steam last night, along with Red Tide, which works perfectly. However the original Men of War doesn't work, I get as far as the title screen when I get an error message that says "Cant open pak- resource/sound.pak (eiostreamzip.cpp, 155)

Must be why they are selling the game so cheap at Steam. The game is known to have a lot of issues with steam version so if somehow this is ever fixed another problem will just pop up.

I'm unfamiliar with steam but either sound.pak is missing, or something is preventing it from opening. I can't help but the best thing for you to do is contact 1C support.
