That looks really weird. Try disabling anything that may block things, such as firewalls.

Have you been able to play MoW before, and at what point in game do you receive this error?

I played it for a while, then i got a corrupt save file, and i uninstalled it and reinstalled it and now this is coming up. But this time it wont even start.

I got it off of Steam.

Did you edit anything in the MoW folder?

Steam is know to have lots of problems with MoW. So far something is preventing MoW from reading key files. Did you do anything to MoW right before this problem? Any auto updates?

Nope. Just installed it and it came up with the first screen with the title at the intro and that pops up. No updates or anything though.

There is nothing I can do. Keep learning more about the problem and find what you can, contact 1C support, if that fails try Steam support. If all that fails try DMS forums, and if that fails I don't know what next.
