Default Changed resolution, game crashed

I unknowingly changed the screen resolution to one that my monitor doesn't support and my game crashed, now when I try to start my game, it loads up to the main menu and crashes. Is there any way to change my in-game resolution without starting the game up or reset the settings to default?

i am not sure because i never have this issue but if you changed the resolution setting you have to go here:

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\my games\men of war\profiles\username

just remove (options.set) so is will go back to the default settings when you start the game.
