Go to 1c's Russian site. And you can find convertor for these file. After convertion, it will become a human readable text file(still difficult to understand).

here is the program link with google translator
http://translate.googleusercontent.c...hFEPVgwfqYqHww

The program is in russian.
It have two function, convert data file (.act/.qst/etc.) or hex code(for example, in items.txt you can find a line ondlg=02000000000000000100000001000000020000000C00 0000424547494E5F4449414C4F470200000005000000030000 000100000075A38E3201010000007306000000736E61705F32
02000000000000000100000001000000020000000C00000042 4547494E5F4449414C4F470200000005000000030000000100 000075A38E3201010000007306000000736E61705F32 is the hex code, in fact it can convert into an action.) to txt format.
Another function is just the reverse.

P.S. If you are interested in modding lua, you can even find the library in russian forum too.

I hope someone can translate the Library into other language and update it. Reading with google translator is painful.

If you are creating you brand new spell or creating other type of gameplay(for example, summon troop in reserve slot into battlefield). You will find it will spend much more time than if u have the API list. And also, if u did edit lua file, read the russian forum. It provide a method to edit in developing mod which have boost developing(no need to restart KB everytime after amending the script).
