7.62 game stutter while playing

The game is stuttering when moving camera and when characters are moving.
Why?
And as game goes on it's happening increasingly.
So at one point it becomes unplayable because of screen stutter.

Can anybody help with some advice????

My system is: AMD Athlon 63 X2 dual core 5000+ 2,61 GHz
3,00 Gb of RAM
ATI Radeon HD 4850 1Gb GDDR3
