Hmmm help!!

First of all....hello everyone!

Its been a while since I have been around and its just great to see that Il2 is still running and improving the combat flight experience that it has given us the fans for a while now.

Now, my problem is:
I just bought a new machine all fine and dandy. It runs on the new Win7 OS and i decided to get IL2-1946 but.... I can't install it!?!?!?
I read somewhere on these forums that it should even work with Vista etc etc, so i was expecting it to run on Win7.
I tried the compatibility options to run it even with win XP but nothing happend after prompting the question about what language to use.

I would be very gratefull if anyone has some tips on how to solve this or if someone has the same problem.

I've been dying to "come back to the skies" for the past years and this really annoys me.

I play IL2 on Win7 32 bits.
Load A.exe and disable UAC

Pardon me but what is the UAC?

UAC = User Access Control
