Why some modded missions dont works?

Some missions I had modded, works, another ones dont.

I did everything right, saved in f2 and f3 then copied to the mod folder.
But some ones works and another missions still the same original.

In truth, it is in Faces of War, but I think the process is the same.

Someone?
