Default How exactly do I play online?

Sorry for the stupid question, I'm new...but how, exactly do you join a game? I see the list of all the games, but none of them, not ONE is joinable. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I can create a game, but no one joins. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks!

I've updated to 1.16.4 and now, every game I attempt to join it says something about an "Out-of-Sync Error" I am not able to join any games, due to this being the problem on all of them. I tried some of the possible fixes, such as deleting any mods and that wasn't the case. The game is literally like new, nothing has been changed...I reinstalled it once and it didn't do anything.

I've read all the guides, and I've retried it many times and I am positive, I am doing it right. I launch from "Outfront_Mp" and it says I have v1.16.4. However, any game I attempt to join, it is still just giving me the "Out-of-sync" error.

I tried that. I also put all my settings down to the lowest to see if that would work and still, I get the same error. I've reinstalled, 4 times, and made sure there was absolutely nothing modified in the Men of War Folder and still, I get this error.

Still no luck. "Out-of-sync" error still comes up everytime I try to join a game. I recently uninstalled and reinstalled it, yet again. And as I said, still no luck. This is frustrating!
