can Men of war run with DirectX 10 ?

no. MoW works only with DirectX 9c.

when y have Windows Vista or Windows 7 y must install DirectX 9c manually.

Im gonna buy a ATI Radeon HD 4350 512MB which support DirectX® 10.1.
will this video card work with directx 9.c?

i think all DirectX 10 gpu's support DirectX 9c.

i have ATI 4870 and have no problems with DirectX 9c.

Correct, all current GPUs are backward compatible.
