Isn't there anyone on this forum

I just boght the game for $30 and I can't play it because of how comples it is to open the game. I just want to play it. I don't care if I have to spend another $30. Someone tell me how to open the game. I bought the game throu senega gamesplanet. I will never be able to open it. I just want to buy another copy of it. I need to know if another company is easier to use
