Default ace combat flight stick/rebadaged Saitek X45

So my friend has this stick http://gear.ign.com/articles/562/562988p1.html
sitting in his closet in the box that he doesnt use *spoiled 27 year old, mommy and daddy still buy him everything, he never really collects games as he tends to trade em etc*,.. He was at my house and saw a game that i just bought and said hes been wanting to get it.. Midnight Club Los Angeles Complete *i just picked it up but will hardly play it since im tired of the series*, so I dropped him the message that Ill give him the game for that flight stick.

Think its a decent stick? From what i could find on google, it might be a rebadged Saitek X45

I remember it was in the box, dunon if he still has the game that goes with it *i could care less*, but supposedly that set is worth some cash

I suppose I should just jump on the deal huh? Figure I can try it with BOP, and always throw it on my PC for 1946 *might make me want to play it more since i hardly go on it because my pc stick is a old logitech wingman 3d and it doesnt feel as accurate.

I just finished the single player section of BOP, using the original ps3 six axis controller, maybe this stick would help me get better at online dog fights?
