help with dwarven portal

Reward: 8840exp, 17000g, 3 runes
- Talk to Chief Engineer Debat (Main Industrial Center)
- Go to the Demons' Land
- Enter Castle Magnis in the SE; prepare for siege
- Return to Chief Engineer Debat
- Go back to the Underground Sea
- Enter the Magic Portal, but say Yes - that you wish to close it forever
- Go to Ardan's Peaks
- Talk to the Tom Digor in the Dwarven Cap

l finished all the quests from here(l mean upper one)
but l stay here l cant move l look everywhere to get these quests from which dwarves in other hand it says (upper one) preragon's Labyrinth started
l look for it and l didint find him too anyone can help me?
