Default Has the 360 community made any sort of bounce back recently?

I heard the PS3 one did because of the patch, but I've been seeing some new faces around here and I was wondering if we also have more people playing on the 360.

I've been bouncing between mw2, Forza 3, and Assassins Creed 2 (all stellar games btw) but last time I checked none of them feature P51 Mustangs.

So I was thinking about going back to playing IL2 regularly, but what happened last time was every time I waited for 10 minutes and couldn't find an online game I would go play something else for a bit. Then eventually I just dropped the ten minutes of waiting and went straight to the other games.

Basically, To those that are still playing regularly now, is there a better shot of getting a game now?

P.S. I've noticed a much more positive attitude around the forum since when I left (it was basically a riot in here before with all the patch delays). Just wanted to comment on that and say that I'm liking it.

Well, I am myself waiting on the patch. I've sunk time lately on Dragon Age Origins and some other games.

There are Xbox regulars on Sim most night and a few new gamertags joining the sessions recently but the 'bounceback' is mainly on the PS3. Worth searching Ranked matches too if looking for BOP MP. I still see friends signed on playing Arcade/Realistic but I can't say how many there are in these sessions. Unfortunately, some of the busiest games are quite late (when our stateside cousins sign on). Still a few European SIM regulars on early evening.

I too am still waiting for the patch.

I popped it in last week, but like you said, no realistic games were going so I went back to MW2.

I'll get back in as soon as that elusive patch appears.

Also, does the game have clan support? I've forgotten whether or not it has this; some good clan rivalries could spice things up!

@ PS3 guys: does the Mustang fly any better after the patch?

Well, I just recently started playing again, mostly to brush up for when/if the patch comes. To me, it seems there are fewer players than a month ago when I put BOP on the shelf, but I also play too late for most people.

I will be on a lot when the patch comes, mostly in hope that others show up.

There is a very noticable improvement with it yes, im still trying to master her though, just needs a bit of tweeking on the sensitivity and she flys pretty well (Not the best) but a hell of a lot better

I've bounced back to playing a bit recently. Kind of a half-achievement, half-WWII kick.

Anyway, Stateside, I've only been able to find games reliably in the PM hours - mostly 6 or later. And by games, I mean I doubt I've seen more than three rooms at once - realistic mostly, but I know the sim guys are still out there, too.

I logged in last night for a quick fight just to see how things were going. Been a while since I last played and flew like a brick but had a blast. Patch or no patch I'll be back on in the evenings for atleast a game or two. I forgot how much I liked it.

On that note....good match last night TCR, Pudgy and Turbo (may have been more). I forgot how fun it is to take you guys on!

Hi Jkerr, We noticed you were back, it has been awhile. Yea, we had some good dogfights last night and were glad your flying again…the skies were getting a little to “safe” since you’ve been gone…looks like I’ll have to be keeping a double watch on my “SIX”…lol

Come join us, were on every night around 7:00 PST on…send me a Friends Request so you know when were on.
