Runes giveaway

From time to time ( or thread to thread ) i hear of rune giveaway , exept the one on Debir, where are the rest ?

There is no other place to get runes for free, at least to my knowledge. The term rune giveaway usually applies to the number of runes you get for each level. It is technically a giveaway, because they simply appear out of nowhere when you gain a level.

Some quests and quest items do provide some runes, but this is not a giveaway
