Crash and startup

Evening all. I'm experiencing an issue with MOW. Whenever I try to start it up, it crashes, with the following error message.

I've tried reinstalling twice and verifying the game's cache, but no luck.

Any help?

Go to your profiles folder, then player, then open settings.set with notepad and tell me what you see, I or someone else might see something out of place.
