Patch Guide for installing 1.16.4

Because so many people seem to have problems installing this, I have created a guide that should allow even the most computer illiterate person to install this patch. As long as you can read English and follow the directions, this should help a lot of players get their game patched.

Yes i knoww how i instal the patch but he doesent go at my pc it come the fil canot open reinstall the programm can chanche him but i have deinstall the game 6 x and he didnt work but its go at my brother his pc lol!

hi, if I manually install the patch 1.16.4 on steam version of the game, I've got an error when a mp game start: i'm kicked with this error "cd:0". Can you help me? Thanks
with vanilla version of steam (1.11.3) i haven't got any error.

Is the mow version already 1.11.3 on steam ?
