game crash

i recently boguht the game and after install it crashed

im runnning

and intel core i5 at 2.66 ghz
a gigabyte ATI radeon HD 4350 512mb
4 gigs of DDR3 ram
windows vista premium 64 bit

when i try to start the game it crashes and i cannopt uninstall it
