Flicker Artefact in TOW

Hi I installed game with patch 1.10 and I got this flickering, that I cant solve with any changing in graphic options or resolution changes.
I dont have that problem in any other game, even in TOW2.
I'm using Ati 3870 graphic card
Can anybody help about this

Just to inform, problem solved with installing new 9.9 Ati Catalyst drivers.
