1.16.4 where is outfront_mp.exe

Installed patch version 1.11.3 works fine. However after installing 1.16.4 cannot locate outfront_mp.exe? Its not in the root directory for Aspyr/men of war ? Did a search for outfront_mp.exe on pc. Not there. ??
