There's quite a few out there, just google it. The cannons weren't very effective against bombers as was their original intention, so they started fitting them to Ju-87s and were used to great effect as tank killers on the Eastern Front.
Yes there's plenty of photos of 109's with underwing cannon attached, but they are mostly 109-G's. I cannot find any photo's 109 K-4's with underwing cannon.
