Unhappy Co-op on consoles, please

Hi everybody,

I played the demo and I enjoyed it a lot (PS3 version)
The game has the most realistic WWII plane warefare I have ever seen.

So good infact I made a friend of mine play the demo even though he is more into modern planes and stuff.

When he saw the cockpit view, the authenticity, the plane damage and the plane debree that falls of from enemy planes when u shoot it, he fell in love with the game just like I did.

This game is simply amazing.

Now I have been looking all over the place to find confirmation of co-op mode on the console versions of the game.

Co-op seems to be confirmed for the PC versions but can anybody
confirm a Co-op mode for the console versions ?

Please let me know, I really want to play this game cooperatively with my friend.

Man this game rocks

The Il2 series on PC should be treated seperately, as this game is being made for consoles only. Unfortunately, there is no Co-op, though this might be added at a future point.

Wink

Well the game is a must-buy any way you put it.

But as you guys said, hope is all we got at the moment for co-op on the consoles.

I love this game and nothing can change that, it would have made an extraordinary game even more epic though.

Really now, hats off to the devs

IL2 Birds of Prey is not coming to the PC since it will get Storm of War.

There is not going to be a Co-Op mode in the retail version, but it has been suggested a lot for Dlc's.

I wish CO-OP was on, thats another reason i plan not to buy it when it first comes out. I just recently got Ace Combat 6 a few days ago, all i do is CO-OP, Campaign or the odd online match with my friend.
