It's not even been released yet! So many judgements based purely on the demo! lol

I think the comparisons are inevitable. But to be honest I think it stands up very well against the PC hardcore.

I've been waiting for Storm of War for ages now and stumbled across BoP by accident a few weeks ago. I thought "No! They've sullied IL2's good name!". But I am honestly so impressed. Using the same joystick I use for my PC, I find very little difference in the flight model of the Spitfire.

It's not going to offer the complete hardcore rawness off a PC sim - consoles primarily reside in the living room.

But the devs have certainly bridged a gap between PC 'elitism' and consoles. They're pushing the envelope, and have managed to balance the CoD community, with the sim fan. That's a tough act to pull off! Hats off to them.

The expectations for this game are through the roof. I almost feel sorry for the developers.
