How to make allieds in MoW?

Is there a way to make allieds in the game?
Like if i play american and i want some allieds that i do not controll, how to do that?

And when i make prisoners, how do u stop them from attacking the guards and the guards to don't attack them?

first of all you have to be in F3 mode(you can call it how you whant). then press F9. there will be norm size of list with lots of stuffs(very important for mission creation). there must be small screen allies/diplomacy i dont realy remember. then you have to make the red squares into green(red=enemy; green=ally)
