hi this game is crashed for me at the end of the 23rd missions several times any ideas why?

It doesn't matter how many times I press U or even if I try to re-assign it to another key, I can't seem to activate cruise control. I had to use the autopilot to follow one of the squad to complete the training mission to navigate around the rings to get to the titan gate.
