Default Labels for Ground Targets?

I have a really hard time spotting ground targets. Most of the time I can spot a convoy on the road, but it's usually impossible for me to spot artillery, AAA, or tanks from 5000+ feet. Thus, I was wondering if there's a way for there to be labels for ground targets like there is for enemy aircraft. If there's not some option that I've overlooked, is there a mod which can give me this option?

Thanks.

Sorry for the late hit on this post.

Realistically, it's quite hard to detect most ground targets from high in the air, unless they've producing wakes or clouds of dust or smoke.

If you're closer to the ground, you can use the "Padlock enemy ground" function to detect and keep track of targets. By default, its the F5 key. Padlock friendly ground units is Shift F5. External view padlock enemy ground units is F7, External view padlock friendly ground units is F7. You can cycle through the padlock views using the U & Y keys.
