Run the il2fb.exe as admin.
If that's not working........... Better still would be to create a folder on your hard drive named IL2 1946 EG: C:\IL21946 Then copy only the contents of the steam installation files from program files (x86)/steam/steamapps/common/il21946 Run the game from this folder making a new shortcut to the IL2fb.exe You will find most online pilots here at the Hyperlobby > http://hyperfighter.sk/download-file-18.html
