Im not an Moderator but...
Where did you found these files that you talked about?, Where did you put them? Did you allready Extracted the Files found in the .dat in the \DATA\ Folder and Deleted the .DAT? What else did you try to this Point? -- By the way: You can forget to get an Admin/Moderator on here, They just Ignore this Forum the best the can, I don't why... Maybe you have more Luck Sending an PM to some Active Admin/Mod here on the Forum.
