So the update was the question and answer thing, well at least we know that its about 60% completed, still there's always the dedicated SOW website to look forward to, that should be up and ready by last December.

What Oleg said exactly on SimHQ (March 03):

From Oleg Maddox:

Hi Folks!

Soon, in a week or so, I'll finish some article for SimHq, so you all will be able to read many things in the right light. English will be by Ilya Shevchenko smile Or even maybe part of the article will be his own as well.
PS. Article will be very interesting for sure smile

This we are still waiting for...

From Oleg Maddox

PS2. Ilya also traslates at the moment this Russian interview in Engilish and we will post it on 1C.publishing. There is answers to Russian users, that like to get USSR planes at first.

That we have...

From Oleg Maddox

So... the Article on SimHq will be really more intersting and greater with information.

IMHO this will be the update we are waiting for...

JV

I agree people can't seem to grasp the meaning of "Soon, in a week or so".

I'm certainly struggling with it Chivas, lets use the SOW website has an example, i think it was said they were hoping to finish it by the end of December, should i be alarmed or am i just completely out of sync with everyone else? It seems time means nothing to you guys but to me i seem to be constantly aware of it. I NEED HELP.

If you bother to read Olegs thoughts on "SOW" you will see that although he has "hopes" for completing various aspects of the game on a "time frame"...His overall philosophy has been that "the game will be done, when it is done".

Well thats fine then, but it may also explain why Ubisoft pulled out.
