You'll be able to get to Demonis from Dwarven mines Through the portal (looks nice). Ellinia will be reachable after signing peace with dwarves

The entrance to Demonis is a bit easy to miss though, you have to take an elevator down to the Underground Sea, plus you will likely need to dodge a lot of troops that are too strong for you at that level so be sure to save a lot.

After you signed the peace treaty talk to the King to finish the quest and he'll give you a quest to go to Elinia, you can get there by ship from the coast in Greenwort.
