How do I get "steam Armor"

Hi All,

So, i'm in Mehgard and the chief engineer tells me that they have invented new mining helmets and steam armor. I can see that helmets (+300 leadership) but can't see the armor anywhere.

Help please...

You can buy it from him after you get the quest to go into the Dragon's lands.

It's a storyline quest. You get it after you finish the main quest in Elven lands.
