Chance to recruit dragon?

I was trying to read the Russian forums translated, and I think people are saying you can recruit a dragon at the beginning of the game at the Dragon Castle in Verlon Forest with a 1/32 chance of it being there.

Did anyone else experience this?

It was fixed in patch 1.4. Before this fix it was true.
