There were lots of guides for the older cards like the Voodoo4 4500 and old Radeons where every tweak was needed for the original game.
But as things progressed and settings were able to be turned on (perfect mode) there became a "standard" setting for a long while for ATI & Nvidea become settled in and most tweaks were made out side of the games conf.ini settings.
The newer generation of cards need a new guide made as up to a GTX 560ti Phantom 2gig the setting are the same as older series. even in the drivers
