Try to download the latest ATI drivers and DirectX (you can find the links in this thread).
If this doesn't help send e-mail to our support team (support@1cpublishing.eu).

Actually he needs to get ATI drivers since he has a Radeon GFX Card
So head over here :http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.HTML and find the driver you need.

Maybe the problem is in your video card, as it's not powerfull enough, but I'll try to find out, whether you can play on such card.

Hi,

i've been a great fan of the original Kb game so I looked forward to playing the new version. I have downloaded 2 separate versions but i keep running into the same problem. The game starts up fine, I select my character and end up in the hall with Iron Richard. However after I walk through the portal it starts loading the level but as soon as it finishes loading it closes the program withhout an error message. I suspect it has either something to do with my video card or its drivers, directx or my OS. Here are the specifications:

Pentium 4 CPU 2.99 GHz
512MB RAM
Nvidia Geforce FX 5200 (win2kXP 91.31 driver)
directx 9c
windows XP service pack 1

Anybody any idea what could be the cause and more important the solution to this problem?
Thanks in advance!!!
