Best bet is to do a clean install of the game and patch it to v4.11.1, then install HSFX6 on the clean install.
Other option is to disable HSFX5 in JSGME so that the game starts as the stock version. Then remove or disable the JSGME folder by renaming it. Patch the game to v4.11.1 so that it starts ok as a stock version, then install HSFX6. A new JSGME folder will be created. Ashe
