I cant figure out how does Runic power works ???
On 3rd lvl there is 3% increase dmg in rage skills , for each unspent rune to max of +60% dmg , and 3% of using rage again to max +60% chance. Is it possible to do it more then 2 time per turn , like 60% for 2 rage/turn then 36% for 3rage/turn ... Or 2 times per turn max, with 60% chance. What is for 3rd parameter in Accuracy ? +10/ +20 / +30 , what does it increase ??? Last edited by Fatt_Shade; 11-03-2012 at 02:20 PM.
