In an earlier post, Bearcat stated that he was NOT talking about a dedicated server:
"Not dedicated server settings.. these are the network settings for the client as if i was hosting a mission in HL per the screenshot. Has nothing to do with a dedicated server but thanks for the link I may need it sooner than later." Aviar
