Need help getting started with COD thx ;)

Ok been away for about lets see, when COD was released

Need links to updated manuals, infos, youtubes links for starting the planes(both 109 and the spits) etc. thx

And all info you guys think i need for getting up to speed again

What server online is your favorite for COD thx
