I didn't forget.

This is the recollection of a Battle of Britain Hurricane pilot. It relates to his first flight in a Hurricane. And this was his first Squadron. No lectures or instruction

Not forgotten here either but as we have been told recently that the Russian market is much more important than BoB i am surprised it has been mentioned on here at all.

Not forgotten, though I was a bit preoccupied with the 70th Anniversity Memorial service for the Kokoda Track Campaign fought by the 7th Division AIF against the Imperial Japanese forces in Papua New Guinea.

The 2nd/16th Infantry Battalion Association had their annual service in Kings Park, Perth on Sunday.

There was a good turn out, and the Western Australia 16th Battalion Cameron Highlanders Pipe Band and the Honnor guard from the Guilford Grammar cadet unit did the Vets proud. The last post was very moving.
