And maybe we'll be able to customise the loadouts in single player? I know it wasn't mentioned just wishful thinking (fix the more important things first, I can work around with FMB )

Good news. But please have some sort of read-me of what's supposed to be working / what's changed etc. It doesn't have to go into great detail, but it's kinda hard to test for supposed fixes when you don't even know what they are!

Any idea of use of the patch will require us to reset our quality settings to mid or low? Just hoping I can still leave effects up high...and get boost in particle details fps..which has always been the area of lag for the game with my pc. Keeping my fingers crossed...

I am sure you can expect to need to tweak as needed, that said I thought they said they fixed some issues with effects.
