the clouds are total crap in this game!
they have the same effect like trees in ROF...some parts of the clouds will "turn"/"rotate" with you as you change the direction of your view... but the worst thing about the clouds is, that they are not visible for everyone the same way in multiplayer...some clouds are even totally invisible for some players, while others can see them... so right now, clouds should really be disabled on servers...
