Default British compasses again...

Hello all

Can someone help me to set the british compasses?

I do it like this:

1. Adjust the magnetic compass so that the paralell lines on the glass are paralell with the north-south-line. I take the white T-Bar as north.

2. Adjust the Directional Gyro with the (value from the magnetic compass) -10°. The -10° is something i found here on the forums.

I do it pretty much like in this video, except for the -10°:

However when I play the 1. Hurricane Introduction-Mission (111. sqn) from the Desastersoft addon, I get 0° instead of the 180 degrees i should get on the runway. What am I doing wrong?

EDIT: Found: You have to have your engine running for a couple of minutes. Wait until the artificial horizon is correct, then adjust the magnetic compas. But still: Are the -10° correct?
