Default Question for B6 re Defiant fairings

Hi B6,the current flight model for the Defiant has the aircraft with it's two fairings aft and fore of the gun turret modelled in the down position.

According to all the records and photos I have studied, these were only lowered when the angle of the guns required it so,or when aircraft was being maintained. Thus the majority of the time it was flown with them in the raised position to improve airflow.

Is this something that could be considered to be altered in a future update please?
