When are you expecting it back?Im sure we've all had these kinda problems ...but on your birthday...well thats cruel...Let us know what the problem was.

Check that all the brass stand offs line up with the holes on the motherboard, if you have one thats not lined up it can cause the PC not to boot/start up.
