until perhaps in about 15-20 yrs some sort of commitee or inquiry will condemn there actions, the MOD will then "deeply regret" and admit "mistakes were made" and that "record keeping" was poor, and they will make "every endevour to locate and monitor these sites" and that "public safety was never compomised" and everyone will say "Oh thats ok then" and go back to wondering who will win the footie, and what celebrity is sleeping with who.

OH OK, but tomorrow, the next day or weeks or months after, this will be a non issue, I live beside the place, we'd have heard about it if it were a serious threat.
