Osprey, oil temperature limit seems to be alright in game. Glycol is a bit more complicated - Merlin XII (the page you posted is reffering to this engine and to Spitfire Mk.II we've got in game) has had slightly different cooling system and coolant, and in result higher temperature limits than its precedestor Merlin III. I have not spent enough time in the Spitfire Mk.II to confirm they got the limit right, but as for Mk.I fighters, both Hurricanes and Spitfires, the temps were more or less OK.

I will post more data later on.

Just a comment on the coolant; the Merlin II and III series used 100% glycol, meaning they generally operated at higher temperatures than the Merlin XII which used 70% Glycol 30% water.
