Fps fine on my machine, even with objects and land battles. One thing I like is the 'big war' feeling. After i went dry on ammunition mission 10 i flew back to Hawkinge via Dover. There was a tank battle which i circled and watched. I got hit by Aaa from Dover. Oops, idiot. Another time, maybe mission 20, i crash landed near Canterbury and sat and watched as 2 Stugs rolled past, then a British Cruiser which hit them from behind. (The things you see when you don't have a Panzerfaust! ) Too cool.

If you 'look under the hood' using FMB you can see land battles scattered over the front, independent of air action but adding to immersion. You could delete these and win some fps I suppose? But so cool after a dogfight to see smoke rising on the horizon, fly over to check it out, see some Brit emplacement under attack by Panzers or flak trucks, or maybe it was hit by 110s, you strafe it, and head home. You think you are safe and some Hurricanes jump you or Wellingtons hit as you land! So much going on...i loved it.

Maybe even I will fly the Raf campaign... Tho it would hurt!
