Default Campaign!

Hi everyone

This is my first message although i have been around here for a while.

I´m a big enthusiast of flight sims, and played them (il2 1946, COD, ROF, FSX) for a long time and i am a RL pilot (studying atpl right now).

Thats all for presentations, what i really wanted to know is: There will be a dynamic campaign mode ever in COD just like in Il1946?
Loved it so much...

That´s all guys! sorry ´bout my english if i had any mistakes.
I´m reaaaally looking forward for the new patch and the next russian scenery!

It wasnt dynamic in 1946 either. It was just randomly generated missions with moving front lines. A proper dynamic camaign too me would be when you attack and destroy an airfield - it stays destroyed for atleast several days untill the runway can be leveled again and re supplied. As it was you would destroy an airfield and the next fission ( same day ) it was brand new again.

Sure, the 1946 campaign wasnt fully dynamic but i still prefer that to the scripted campaign present in COD.

Anyway, its a pain in the ass that having such a good maps, flight dynamics etc the il2 series doesnt have a REAL dynamic campaign modes such as machoo describes it. A campaign where the mission outcomes were persistant.

Any news about that or other kind of dynamic campaign?? In the near or in the far future??

The way i see this, a Mod cant do things as good as the game development team. I may be wrong anyway

Hello I'm new here also, although in terms of flight simulator, I am rogue since the early versions of Microsoft DOS Simulator ... Passing by the CFS and the IL-2 and 1946. I hope that this sequence in eastern front is better and more balanced than the Clod.

I still think the best dynamic campaigns out there were made by Microprose all them years ago. And Spectrum Holobyte for Falcon 4.

In a sim actually i'd always prefer realistic above balanced any time!!!
