quick question about 1C and 1946

I would want to know what is the video card used on the development of 1946, the one used basically to set all the settings in game, and theoretically the one that is "perfect" for the game....Im looking for a Nvidia card, ( ATI cant play perfect....) and preferably the one used to set perfect settings.
