the GCard is Nvidia GTX 465 3DClub 1Gb DDR5...
you said you've played 200-300hours with no problems? don't you think its a bit strange then that all of a sudden CoD decides to break it for you? Quote:
Sorry guys, but, a software can damage a grapich card to overheart, or similar...I create the last year a profile to activate GPU fan at 100% when CloD run and Temp always was over 60 - 65ºC.., But if I dont play CloD, and I Play other games how Battle field 3 or ROF, me PC work very fine and not give problem me. Me solution is not play more CloD... becouse my computer is in danger... I wait to new patch to CloD and profile oficial to Nvidia for CLOD Quote:

If your graphics card is dieing, it's not because of Cliffs of Dover, it's dieing by high temperature: inadequate cooling on your part, or in a rare instance, a bug in your graphics card driver that runs full tilt with no regards to the temperature sensor.

Again, if your graphics card is really dieing, it's not because of Cliffs of Dover - we would have many more reports of hardware failures over here over the year.
Are your other games crashing now too? If it's just CloD, sounds like you need to delete your cache, turn down the clock (my game crashes within 5 mins if I overclock my 570gtx, sometimes a hard reset is needed). |

You probably have a driver problem.
Some guys on sukhoi forum had problems with 29x.xx drivers, but not like yours. http://translate.google.com/translat...008%26page%3D3 You could try to go back to older ones that you had installed. Also if you have problems it will be wise to use Driver Cleaner or Driver sweeper , to be shure that you have clean installation. I would test that card with Furmark to check stability and temperatures. Good luck! Last edited by vranac; 03-19-2012 at 02:11 PM. |
